Believing for your 80 someish life that God exist. When I say believe; I mean whole heartedily. (Like I'm going to Hell for typing this, Me not you) And by whole heartedily I mean raise your kids that way and your grandkids and surrounded you family and friends around God and the church and associating with other families that do the same. Only to find out that god doesn't exist.
Likewise; believe whole heartedily that he doesn't exist. And standing infront of him on that day of judgement to find out you were wrong. And you(not me) will go to Hell.
Revelation 3:16 "So because thou art lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spew thee out of my mouth."
Which one is it?.....Because A wise man once told me." Faith is not taught"

Faith, or no faith; that is the question.
It is written we must have the faith of a child to enter the kingdom of heaven.
Now.....I don't believe in Santa Clause...but the Easter Bunny is fathomable....you know slay the rabbit and pour the blood over the entrance door to my house to ward off the angel of the Lord to not kill my first born. .....Does that count? Or was it the Easter Lamb....seriously is everyones view on reality that skewed or just mine.

Lucky about Sevens
Im not sure when it was I first knew.
Was it when I saw your eyes weren't blue?
I couldn't keep but a smile on my face,
when we talked from class to your place.
And then we turned and walked to my dorm
and agreed to make love of some form.
Just a kiss, a peck upon the cheek,
love enough, it made my knees weak.
Was it then that I first knew?
With you I was never blue.
Was it when we talked all night long?
Or when we decided on "our song"?
Or when your father frowned when I was near
so then you whispered, "Have nothing to fear".
Was it when we talked about the stars and heavens?
Or when you asked, "What's so lucky about sevens?"
For Im still not sure when it was that I first knew.
Maybe when we watched the horizon turn orange to blue.
Was it how beautiful you could be,
the few times we would disagree?
Or on our favorite couch we would lie
while we watched movies that made you cry.
Im not sure when it was I first knew.
All I know is how much I love you.

The Chicken or the Egg.?
Does art emulate life? Does life emulate art?
No? and No?....Ridiculous
Yes? and No?...Impossible
No? and Yes?...Impossible
Yes? and Yes?..Fathomable
Therefore; are we now, life or art? Does our life/art emulate another life/art? If so, what life/art are we emulating and what did that emulate from? And how far back does this process go? Back to 'In the beginning'? Are we an emulation of that first life? Or are we an emulation of that first artistic juggernaut?
For 2000 years ago it is written:
As Jesus is to God is to Satan.
For 2000 years from now it shall be written:
As Clark Kent is to Superman is to Lex Luthor.
Which came first?
No? and No?....Ridiculous

Atheists believe there is no such thing as GOD.
"I believe there is no such thing as atheists."--Tombstone
"We pray to live a life, with no regrets,
and then we pray to help cover those bets."
An excerpt from Thomas Butler Stone's "Talking to an Angel."
He ad-libs, "'There are no atheists in foxholes' or deathbeds. When you are about to die and you are alone, you pray to something."
One Question?
One is not wise because one correctly answers the question.
One is wise because one asks the correct question.
One is wise because one asks the correct question.
Bad vs. Evil
bad people hate to love because they don't know better
evil people love to hate because they do (know better)
evil people love to hate because they do (know better)

Eden's Curse
my name is eden, come to my garden
your love's evil your heart needs to harden
Your love hurts, my heart brakes
My loves gone, your heart shakes
With laughter from the times you didn't care
times when my love and pain you didn't share
is there a way to care any less
is there a way to curse a bless
or bless a curse a need to fix
burning my candle with no wicks
i'm not sure if there was a mistake
for now my heart is quite awake
you can not hurt what can not feel
you can not speak your lips i seal
this is my garden you are welcome
join with me and just be lonesome
if absence makes the heart grow fonder
so if you stay forever with me i wonder
will our hearts love any more
will love be for us a chore
is it easy for us to love company
other loves then you i haven't any
your name is eden, i come to your garden
my love's evil, my heart needs to harden

Song of Innocents
There is a song that every child knows
Sang when the sun shines or the wind blows
The sun can burn and the wind can flail
Things we most yearn we often fail
Children have the ability to bounce
If not by a gallon but by an ounce
Is it that they haven’t a clue
Is it that they couldn’t be blue
To come back from depths so deep
Yet every night they’d always sleep
I lose sleep now from my things undone
I choose cheap rather then make more fun
It has been a while since I’ve heard the sound
It is silent now and my frustrations mound
Is it that I have grown up to soon
Is it that I have forgotten the moon
Can you believe the moon you see
Is the one seen when you were three
Remembering its size its shapes its shades
Forgetting that sometimes time just fades
Is there ever a time that I couldn’t see
My own reflection staring back at me
When I'm able to remember the child I had been
Then I'm able to sing the song with no words again

Conscience
Listen to the one voice
of whom you can not see
"I've given you a choice
do you believe in me?"
This one voice speaks loudest
when we don't ask a thing.
Our attitudes proudest
when our ears start to ring.

The Fall
Love is to me I can not explain
My greatest love brought my greatest pain
Higher the high the lower the low
My love is gone it hurts me so
The love I once had now I do miss
For love was what gave me bliss
Love and lose then never love at all
Never love, to save me from this fall
---"The Fall"-----

Powerless
The higher the high, the lower the low.
The faster the fast, the slower the slow.
The older the tradition, the stronger the brother.
The newer the generation, the younger the mother.
Life as what it is now is beyond my powers somehow.
I once thought I could do no wrong.
How could it have taken me this long.
I've realized I can't forever be
the gaurdian of everyone near me.
